Eating healthy and keeping your body fit are some reasons to have a good healthy body.. In this article i will be talking about some good foods that are good for you and taste good, and also will be talking about easy exercises that don’t require any equipment.
Healthy and Delicious Fall Foods (And good ways to eat them)
Number one: Blueberries. Blueberries are known as a super food, because they are very rich in vitamins, they also contain disease-fighting Phytochemicals. The best ways you can eat them: You can just have them raw, which has more alive chemicals, you can also eat them frozen, which in my opinion taste very good.
Number two: Apples, a well known fall fruit. Not only tasting good, their Flavonoids may improve brain health! Like blueberries, you can eat them raw, or a common way is to put them in oatmeal.
Number three: Pears! Pears are one of the best fruits that have fiber that is good for your heart. They are also similar to apples in nutrition. Like all the ones before, you can eat it raw, and some people put them in salads.
Number Four: Cranberries. They are famous for Cranberry Sauce with turkey on Thanksgiving. You can eat them raw, but it is very sour and bitter and concentrated, it is recommended that you don’t eat them raw. These small red berries are heart healthy, and potentially improves blood pressure. People put them in rice, salads, etc.
Number Five: Pumpkins! The iconic fall decoration. A Lot of people make pumpkin pie for thanksgiving, or fry them. They are an excellent source of vitamin A and potassium.
Number Six: Elderberries. These are very nutritious berries my family uses a lot for supplements. You can’t eat them raw- it has to be processed in some way, like put in tea and is specifically used to treat flu/cough symptoms.
Exercises you can do Anywhere
Number One: Jumping Jacks. It’s a good cardio exercise and will raise your heart rate. It is also a popular choice for people who start diets.
Number Two: Push Ups- the exercise that trainers really enjoy.
Number Three: Air Swimming: Lay on the ground on your stomach and stretch out your arms and legs so they don't touch the ground, and then bring your arms and legs up and down like you’re swimming. It is an exercise for your back.
Number Four: Wall sits. They are really helpful to strengthen your core muscles
