Crepes
Crepes are a traditional, and tasty dessert
that originated in northern France. Crepes
were first made way back in the 13th century.
Some of the ingredients contain, 2 eggs, 1 cup
milk, ⅔ all purpose flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 ½ and,
teaspoons vegetable oil! Many people in France
eat crepes and it’s a popular dessert around
there. Did you know, many people pronounce
crepes wrong as, (cr apes,) but it's actually
pronounced, (cr eps)? I've tried crepes many
times before, and they’re definitely worth trying.

Macarons
Macarons are a delicious French dessert,
that many people have tried, or at least
heard of. Macarons also originated in
France, along with crepes. Some of the
ingredients in macarons are, 4 extra large
white eggs, 1 ⅔ confectioners´ sugar, 1 ⅓
cups almond flour, ⅛ teaspoon salt, and
lastly, ¼ superfine sugar. Did you know,
macarons are commonly pronounced wrong
As, (mac ah roons) but, its actually pronounced
(mac ah rons) Macaroons and macarons are
two different desserts.
