The Burj Khalifa: India Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world, it's heaving 2,722 ft to tip, and freaking 163 floors! I know right! that is a taaall building. The Burj Khalifa is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Burj Khalifa's inauguration was in January 2010, when it surpassed, the Taipei 101 building, with its 101 floors. The Architecture style of the Burj Khalifa is Neo-Futurism, it is made using Aluminum glass, and steel mainly. The cost of the Burj Khalifa is $1.5 billion. okay now done with the boring facts, here are some super interesting ones! did you know? the tip of the Burj Khalifa can be seen from 59 miles away, the total weight of the concrete used to build the Burj Khalifa is equivalent to 100,000 elephants, The Burj Khalifa is taller than the tallest mountain in the world, that's right, Mountain Everest. Neuschwanstein Castle: Schwangau, Germany

How many of you have been to Disneyland? raise your hand. well if you did raise your hand, then does this castle look, I don't know, kind of familiar to you? because if it does then, your not mental! Neuschwanstein Castle was not nicknamed the "Fairytale castle" for no reason, just look at it, it looks like something straight out of Cinderella! Neuschwanstein Castle is a 19th-century historic place, that is built on rugged hills above the small town, Hohenschwangau, near Füssen, in Southwest Bavaria Germany. The Neuschwanstein Castle was built for King Ludwig II, who was coincidently also nicknamed the "Fairytale King" who was obsessed with medical fantasy and fairytales, but sadly also died before he saw the castle built. And on that happy note! we'll proceed to the next building!. just so you know, it took me a pretty long time to pronounce these words...

Burj Al Arab: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The first thing you think when you look at this sleek, shiny, and futuristic structure is, wooaaaahhh, that was what crossed my mind when I saw this building for the first time. This 60 story sail-shaped building is named "the world's best hotel" or "the world's most luxurious hotel" I would definitely want to stay there for a night! here are some facts on the Burj Al Arab:

Louvre Museum: Paris, France

This very eye-catching, and the pretty-looking building is in fact the world's largest art museum (and so far the prettiest) it is also a very historic mark in Paris France. Louvre Museum is located on the right bank of the Seine river, in the city's first arrondissement. the one painting that is known through the world, that mysterious smile that Leonardo Da Vinci painted is in fact hung behind bulletproof glass in the Louvre Museum. The multi-building Louvre complex was finished in the times of Napoleon III, yeah it's that old. if you want to know how many incredible works of art there are at the Louvre Art Museum, there are for your information 35,000 paintings, and how long would it take to see all of them, on average 200 days! (so if you're staying in France and want to see all of the art, well, that's great, but remember this forewarning, or you'll be spending more than just your vacation).

Empire State Building: Midtown Manhattan, New York

Futuristic, and classy is what comes to my mind when I look at the Empire state building, the inside is also very cool and pretty (you should visit it sometime!). This steel-framed skyscraper is 102 stories high and was finished in 1931, and was named the tallest building in 1931. The empire state building was constructed during the race to create the world's tallest building, The upper floors of the Empire State building were meant originally for airships (daaanng). This building was surprising once called the 8th wonder of the world, cool right?. the view from the empire state building, you can see 360 degrees, and on a clear day, you can see up to 80 miles on the top part of the building!.

Hagia Sophia: Istanbul, Turkey

Elegant and beautiful, this reminds me of the castle from Aladdin. The Hagia Sophia is an incredibly old building that was built during Byzantine times, the Hagia Sophia was built in 537 C.E. the names of the architects that built the Hagia Sophia are Anthemius of Tralles and Isidore of Miletus. The Hagia Sophia is a Holy Grand Mosque and formerly the Church of Hagia Sophia. The word Hagia Sophia translates into Place of the "Sacred Wisdom" of God. The Hagia Sophia is an elegant and sacred historic structure that you can learn a lot about from the building's past.
